About Huff Pool and Spa

Jamie Lynn started her extensive career at age 17 by working for her father, who was a home builder and renovator. She became involved in her father's business after he installed a few pools for a few of his friends. By age 21, she was managing her own pool installation crew and was performing service work, renovations and opening and closings. She also worked for her father renovating houses and building additions. By the age of 25, she was also selling the projects that she was managing. This continued for a total of 18 years until she decided to open her own pool and spa retail store in Lansing, Michigan.

 In 2005, she began working for Placation Pools in League City, Texas. The above pictured pool was her first project to manage. As Project Manager she performed a lot of the work you see. You can see this project from start to finish on our gallery page!

Jamie Lynn moved to Viginia and began working for Poolservice Company in Arlington, Virginia, just a few miles from Washington DC. Poolservice Company is one of the national leaders in the swimming pool industry. Within 5 years, she became involved in Sales. As the company's Sales Coordinator, she effectively led the company to new heights in Sales with the help of an excellent staff. Her final personal Sales total for 2022 with Poolservice Company was just  under 2 million in Sales with over 14 million in total personal Sales and over 25 million in combined Sales with her team throughout the years.

In 2022, Jamie Lynn's mother in Michigan had a scary health related issue so she decided that it was time to come home to where she grew up in Wayland, Michigan to be near her, her family, and friends. In January 2023, Jamie Lynn started converting her building from a restaurant to a pool store. She successfully opened her store in May of 2023. Since her Grand Opening, she now has over 250 regular customers, and the list is growing! She is very active in her community by helping to sponsor various events and is part of a committee under Wayland's Downtown Development Authority.
